t was a big transitional week in our world as Sutton began preschool. I have kept her home up until this point so even though its still preschool, it felt like closing a chapter on the toddler years of her life. I’m thankful that she typically transitions well into new places and she has been looking forward to starting school now for months.
While I was scouting items to add to my Leopard Style Boardlast week, I was really into a lot of the new arrivals I saw on the J. Crew Factory website they were bringing in for the fall. While Sutton was at pre-school today, I strapped Quint in the stroller and made a speedy run through the store and headed to the dressing room.
While I think leopard print is always in style as a great non-traditional neutral, it is especially hot for the upcoming fall. I grew up with a VERY fashionable grandma (who I lovingly refer to as Mimi) and leopard print is kind of her signature look. Its ALL over her house and she probably owns any and every wardrobe piece possible that comes in that pattern! I always think of her when I have on any animal print.
I want to try out a new weekly blogpost that basically summarizes our week and anything I shared on my instastory that you may have missed. I tend to post the most there and I know not everyone watches them so hopefully this weekly snapshot can be a place where you can catch up on the highlights from our week.
