I’ve noticed the resurgence of the smocked waist ruffle skirt and it’s too bad I don’t still have mine from the early-mid 2000’s! I’ve found several cute options at various price points ($12 to $130) to help give you some good options if you too want to participate in this trend. Pair them with a coordinating top to create a set, tuck a shirt or tank into it with sneakers or even use it as a beach cover up.
