Little things like fresh flowers and lighting a candle bring me lots of joy. I’m constantly on the search to find “my candle” for the scent of our home that way I can have something consistent and lasting. I want our kids to walk back into our doors one day when they are grown and be transported back to all the warm memories associated with that smell of home. Scents really do that, don’t they? I’m currently burning a lovely lavender cedarwood candle from Williams Sonoma and love that it’s a fresh, neutral fragrance that still gives me cozy feelings. Would love to know if you have a signature scent for your home!
I also would be remised to not tell you about this $20 dress. It would be cute with sandals for the beach or with cowboy boots, a denim jacket and a hat for a southwestern look. I’m wearing a size small and it is a generous fit.
